Meet the team

Karen has been working with Sally for over 12 years and is the Shop Manager at Red Card, while also helping out at Little Red whenever needed.
Always ready to get stuck in, Karen is often the first to arrive, the last to leave and definitely the one who lifts the most boxes! She loves travelling, gardening and reading, and her book recommendations are often bestsellers at Petworth Bookshop.
Outside of work, Karen has a slight addiction to Below Deck! She’s our go-to First Aider - and a real favourite with customers who love a good chat.

Donna has a the longest commute to work......she lives just a few doors up Lombard Street with Truffle, her gorgeous Dachshund! Donna has worked in Petworth for over 15 years and knows all our customers. In her spare time Donna has been renovating her house  - if you need some floor tiles stripped or a wall built out of reclaimed bricks - Donna is the person you need. She is also fantastic at what we call 'zhuzhing' - making sure the shop looks perfect - and we love her for it.

Lauren first landed on our doorstep just before we opened, helping us get to grips with our fabulous Metallic Elephant embossing machine! Since then, she’s lent a hand from time to time with the admin side of our Shopify system and website, earning herself the title of our very own tech wizard.
When she’s not helping out at Little Red, Lauren loves exploring the Sussex countryside with Buzz, her beautiful Cockapoo.

Adie has worked with us since the start at Little Red, and grew up from the early days at Red Card - some customers remember her playing with brand new chicks on the counter at 6 High Street! As my daughter, she has seen the trials and tribulations of running a small business first hand, so has a keen understanding of what we do. At Little Red, Adie is our builder - helping construct everything in the shop and also helping on the website build. On top of anything mechanical, Adie is also our fixer, and first port of call for anything that needs a screwdriver - in either shop.
