PLACING AN ORDER

Has my order gone through?

As soon as your order is placed, you will be sent an automated order confirmation email. This will include all the items you’ve ordered along with their expected delivery dates.

If you don’t see this email within a couple of hours, please check your junk or spam folder. Still can’t find it? Feel free to get in touch on 01798 368100 or email littleredpetworth@icloud.com - we’re always happy to help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re generally unable to make changes or cancel it. However, if you have placed your order during our working hours and wish to cancel, please give the shop a call on 01798 368100 and we will try our best to help. Our opening hours are 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10:30am-4pm Sunday.

Can I order a gift card online?

Struggling to find the perfect gift? Let them choose something they'll truly love with a Little Red digital gift card. Available to purchase online, our gift cards make a thoughtful and hassle-free present for any occasion.

Available in values from £10 to £100.

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any change as a result of a purchase will remain on a digital gift card.

DELIVERY

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48. We do not currently ship internationally.

Standard Delivery: £6 on all orders.

Free delivery on orders over £150.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, on the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be shipped on the next working day.

We will always use sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging to ship your items.  This does mean on occasion you may receive your item in a box that has been used before.

Prefer to collect your order? Simply select collection from our Little Red shop at checkout. This service is completely free.

How do I return my online order?

Credit card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments - Little Red does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
