Changed your mind?

No worries! If you’re not completely happy with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to offer a refund as long as the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

We cannot accept returns on the below brands (unless sealed and in their original packaging)

• Claus Porto

• Norfolk Natural Living

• Musgo Real

• Ampersand Fragrances

Please note that return postage costs aren’t covered, so we recommend asking for proof of postage - just to be safe, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.  Please also note we are unable to return the costs of the original shipping paid.

Once we’ve safely received your return, we’ll process your refund. This can take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your card provider.

Received a damaged item?

We’re so sorry! Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you and cover the return postage.

Please inform us of your intent to return by emailing littleredpetworth@icloud.com and then post the returning items to Little Red, Marston House, Lombard Street, Petworth, West Sussex, GU28 0AG
